Email correspondence was always prompt and left us feeling secure about booking a villa in a country we had never visited before. The information pack was excellent and extremely informative, with very accurate instructions to get to the villa including alternative routes. This was proven to be effective as our sat nav broke down half way to the villa and we made it safely following the instructions. The villa itself was excellent all round and was particularly clean and tidy when we arrived. All in all a great experience.”

We live in the Shetland Islands and traveling from here is quite a hike to get to America so when we arrive there we need to know that what we are going to is of a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. FG Villas send an excellent information pack, which includes very detailed instructions on reaching the house from the airport. These packs also contain all the details of the house you are renting.
